1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually it takes within 5-8 business days to receive your order. 1-2 business of order handling plus 4-6 business days of shipping.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package online on our tracking page. Please also check your junk mail folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there.
3. It’s been 8 business days and I still haven’t received my package, what's going on?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but delays can happen due to various reasons, such as bad weather, holidays and so on. Please give us additional 2 business days. If the package doesn't arrive by then, please contact us and we will help you find it.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been sent for shipping.
5. What is your return policy?
Our Return policy is valid for 30 days from the day you receive your products.
