Return and Refund Policy

Delivery Day Return Policy:
Our return policy is based on the delivery day, not the purchase day, ensuring you have ample time to inspect your purchase. The 30-day return period starts from the day the item is delivered to your specified address.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email our customer support team at info@cambridge-vantage.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
We will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable). Return packages are issued only from Australia.
Packaging and Shipping:
Ensure the item is in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Follow the instructions provided for packaging and shipping.
Required Documents:
Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item. Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects.
To Cancel an Order:
Contact our customer support team at info@cambridge-vantage.com before the order is shipped. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel your order anymore and you will need to go through the return process.
Damaged on Arrival:
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged during transit, contact us immediately. Provide a description and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund based on your preference.
Change of Mind:
Return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact customer support at info@cambridge-vantage.com to initiate the return.
For an Exchange:
We accept exchanges, so if you need to exchange your new order, contact our customer service and we will assist you further.
Wrong Product Received:
Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product. We will arrange for a return and ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
